Pilgrims dispatches all parcels based on the total weight of your order and the shipping destination rather than charge a flat rate of shipping as we think this is the fairest way for you to purchase your items. We offer a choice of different shipping methods, when you reach the checkout you will be able to select the best method of shipping based on your needs (UK ONLY).
All orders are shipped using either Royal Mail or myHermes as we have always found them to be highly efficient and reliable. We aim to dispatch all orders received before 12noon GMT the same day where possible. Should you have missed the 12 noon deadline but you need something urgently then please contact us and we will do our best to help. Below are some of the shipping options you may able to choose from based on UK working days being Monday - Friday. However please note that Pilgrims is only open Tuesday to Saturday.
Royal Mail 1st/2nd Class or Signed For - Royal Mail aim to deliver your First Class item the next working day (please allow 1-2 working days) or Second Class item within 2 days (please allow 3-5 working days). These quotes are for UK mainland customers ONLY and may exclude some areas such as the Highlands, Channel Islands etc.
myHermes - myHermes aim to deliver your Signed For item within 3-5 working days, a signature will be required for most items. These quotes are for UK mainland customers ONLY and may exclude some areas such as the Highlands, Channel Islands etc.
Airmail - Airmail is cost-effective for overseas customers buying goods weighing up to 2kg. Western and Eastern Europe within 7-14 working days, Rest of the World within 14-21 working days. Any order over 2kg will be sent using a courier which can take up to 5 days.
All the delivery times given above are estimated, therefore we can not be held responsible late deliveries made by our chosen carrier. However, we will always do our best to resolve any issues with late or slow deliveries and we are fully committed to providing a first rate service to all. Therefore, we would like to know of any problems, no matter how small so we can ensure we maintain high standards at all times.
