UK Customers

All orders to the UK have shipping included in the total.

We use both Royal Mail and Yodel for delivery within the UK and seek to send out orders within 24 hours of orders being placed.

Europe and the Rest of the World

Orders to Europe and the Rest of the World are sent using Royal Mail and are delivered by whichever postal system is operating in the country of destination.

We have no control over which postal service handles the parcel in your country.

Please note, any taxes, handling charges and duty fees are payable by the customer. Pilgrims Fair Trade have no control over these and are not responsible for these charges.

Brexit

Since Brexit, every order to Europe is now subject to (at a minimum) a handling charge. You may also have duty and VAT levied on your order, unfortunately.

This is totally out of our hands. Pilgrims Fair Trade are not responsible for these charges and will not reimburse them.
