UK Customers

All orders to the UK have shipping included in the total.

We use both Royal Mail and occasionally Yodel for delivery within the UK and seek to send out orders within 24 hours of orders being placed.

Europe, Northern Ireland and the Rest of the World

We are currently NOT sending to the EU or Northern Ireland due to the new GPSR regulations. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but we will look to review this as and when we can.

Orders to the Rest of the World are sent using Royal Mail and are delivered by whichever postal system is operating in the country of destination.

We have no control over which postal service handles the parcel in your country.

Please note, any taxes, handling charges and duty fees are payable by the customer. These are calculated by the customs department within the destination country and we are unable to predict these additional costs in advance.

Pilgrims Fair Trade have no control over these and are not responsible for these charges. We will not refund any additional customs charges.

Brexit

We are currently not sending to the EU or NI, but since Brexit, every order to Europe is now subject to (at a minimum) a handling charge. You may also have duty and VAT levied on your order when we are able to resume sending to the EU, unfortunately.

This is totally out of our hands. Pilgrims Fair Trade are not responsible for these charges and will not reimburse them.
